Terms of Service

1. The service

NecroIPTV provides access to live television channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet, delivered as login credentials for use in compatible player applications. Channel lineups and VOD titles evolve continuously and specific channels are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

2. Accounts & fair use

Your subscription permits the number of simultaneous streams included in your plan tier. Credentials are personal: sharing or reselling them without a reseller agreement is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

Automated scraping, restreaming or redistribution of any stream is strictly forbidden.

3. Payments & renewals

Plans are prepaid for the chosen term and do not auto-renew — you'll receive a reminder before expiry. Prices may change for future terms but never mid-term.

4. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but the service depends on your internet connection and third-party infrastructure. Brief interruptions during maintenance or force-majeure events do not constitute grounds for compensation beyond our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use & content

You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your country of residence regarding the reception of broadcast content. Adult content is disabled by default and can be enabled only by explicit request of the account holder, who confirms being of legal age.

6. Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.
