Refund Policy

We'd rather refund you than keep an unhappy customer. Here's exactly how the 7-day guarantee works.

1. The 7-day money-back guarantee

New subscriptions are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the service does not work correctly on your device or connection and our support team cannot resolve the issue with you, we refund the full amount — no forms, no fine print gymnastics.

2. What we ask first

Refund requests must give support a reasonable chance to fix the problem: most 'it doesn't work' cases are five-minute setup or network fixes. Contact us on WhatsApp or email, describe the issue, and let us troubleshoot with you once.

3. What's not covered

Refunds are not issued for: change of mind after 7 days, insufficient internet speed at your location (test with the free trial first), account sharing violations, or partially used lifetime plans beyond the first 7 days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's sent.
