When you order a subscription or trial we collect your email address and, if you contact us on WhatsApp, the phone number and messages you send us. Payment details are processed entirely by our payment provider on their secure checkout page — we never see or store card numbers.

Our website keeps standard, short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and capacity planning.

2. How we use it

Your email is used to deliver credentials, service notices and renewal reminders. Support conversations are used solely to resolve your issue. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Cookies & analytics

The site uses only functional cookies and privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels.

4. Retention & deletion

Account records are kept while your subscription is active and for a short period afterwards for billing disputes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to support@necroiptv.net — we action requests within 30 days.
